• Project Manager (m/f/d) Trade Fair Construction

  YOUR TASKS (OR BETTER: YOUR TERRITORY)

  • Independent planning and execution of trade fair projects
  • Coordination of purchasing, planning, graphics and site management
  • Leading and coordinating our skilled trade employees
  • Professional supervision of apprentices and team members within projects
  • Costing and preparation of quotations incl. entry of master data
  • Creation and review of CAD plans (knowledge desirable)
  • Project-related communication with clients incl. consulting and coordination
  • Organising assembly documents and checking them for completeness
  • Checking timesheets and incoming invoices
  • Supporting the acquisition of new projects

  WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed vocational training or a degree with a technical or commercial focus
  • Experience in project management, ideally in the trade fair or event sector
  • Confident use of MS Office, CAD (desirable), graphics tools and commercial software
  • Organisational talent, assertiveness and a structured way of working
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills and conflict resolution competence
  • Cost awareness and resilience – you stay calm, even when things heat up
  • Class B driving licence and very good German language skills, written and spoken
